Within 7 days you receive the watch, we support refund if you do not like the mode, the item should be in good conditions without any damages. However, you will be charged 30% of the price as relisting fee. SHARK’s quality control team will inspect the returned item. Within one year after you make the purchase, SHARK offers an international warranty. Please contact email@example.com. We will confirm it problem you imply first and then provide two solutions including refund or exchange, we will pay the shipping fees.
Please note that SHARK international warranty does not cover in circumstance of tear of leather on purpose, over worn, or any scratches on the case and sapphire crystals incurred when the watch was worn. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
SHARK watches are high-precision, high-technology Manufacture products. Before leaving the workshops, your watch has inspected and tested. Warranty does not cover battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
This warranty is valid in all official SHARK service centers throughout the world, according to the following conditions:
A. The watch was purchased from an exclusive SHARK authorized retailer
B. Reference / Date and warranty certificate;
C. Your watch has not been worn under any conditions nor maintained that is not recommended by SHARK and has not been mishandled;
D. The warranty certificate, the only valid proof of purchase, accompanies the watch when sent to an authorized SHARK service center.
